We started Neal Silva Consulting with the simple goal of assisting small and medium businesses achieve results just like the "big" guys.  

We have experience in the following disciplines:

Process Analysis and Project Management Expertise: We have a proven ability to complete a businesses analysis for a company, then design, develop, and implement an appropriate solution to improve the company’s core systems and/or processes.  We are experienced in Program Management for projects and programs including Customer Loyalty, Operations, Evaluations, Content Management, Customer Loyalty, Degree Assistance, Learning Management systems.

Experienced People Manager and Management Consultant:   We have developed and instructed high level managers in disciplines including:  Just In Time manufacturing; capacity management; ISO 9000; business process development and control; Customer Loyalty.  We have cross-functional management experience including manufacturing, materials, logistics, marketing, engineering, and operations.   Working with companies multiple internal groups, we translate a customer’s business requirements into product features and then we create functional specifications. We then work closely with key technical resources, such as software development, testing, documentation, localization, and tech support to deliver the desired process or application.

Customer Loyalty: We have designed, developed, and implemented customer loyalty systems for large companies.  We assist a company to standardize their business metrics and then over-lay customer loyalty metrics.  Using this approach, we show a company how to drive their businesses operations using customer and business metrics.  This helps a company prioritize investments with the greatest impact on improving customer loyalty and business metrics.
 
Learning Solutions Program Management:
We conduct a business assessment with the outcome being a recommended approach to a new training strategy.   This can include simple training systems to complex Learning Portals, Learning Management and Learning Content Management Systems.  Each of our solutions are scaled and priced for the market being served.
